A feather was taken from the standard arrow within living memory. No study compelled it. No archer demanded it. It was agreed, and then it was forgotten. We have spent years asking by whom, and we have not yet been answered.

The fourth feather is a return to the arrow the bowyers trusted for six hundred years. We are not selling you something new. We are giving you back something taken.
Center of pressure. The restoring moment. The boundary layer the catalogs quietly stopped teaching. None of it was disproven. It was simply left out of the next printing.
The Guild keeps the account the industry abandoned. It once certified a houseplant, reviewed the record, and stands by the certification to this day.

Oriented Before It Ships
Each vane is oriented and broken in before it reaches you, the gold band set to face the target so the arrow leaves the rest already in agreement with itself. The effect is not visible to the eye. The eye is not what we are tuning.

A thin strip wrapped a quarter inch ahead of the fletching, tripping the laminar flow into a turbulent sheath before the vanes meet the air. Our own engineers could not fully confirm the effect. We hold that this is precisely why the industry stopped selling it.
